Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iPhone Duo Wallpapers website and its downloads. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The Service

iPhone Duo Wallpapers provides free, hand-crafted wallpaper artwork sized for the Cover and Inner displays of the iPhone Duo, along with preview images and ZIP bundles. You do not need an account, and every download is free of charge.

Wallpaper License

All wallpapers on this site are our original artwork and are protected by copyright. We grant you a free, worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable license to:

  • download our wallpaper files;
  • set them as wallpapers on devices you own or personally use; and
  • share a wallpaper as-is, with a link back to this site.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • sell, sublicense, or redistribute our wallpapers for commercial purposes;
  • include them in a product, template, or bundle for sale;
  • claim authorship or ownership of the artwork; or
  • run the site's files through a paid or ad-supported wallpaper service.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the artwork to you.

Intellectual Property And Trademarks

The site's name, design, and original content are owned by us. Apple, iPhone, and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc. iPhone Duo Wallpapers is an independent resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or networks;
  • interfere with or disrupt the site, or introduce malware or other harmful code; or
