What this policy covers

iPhone Duo Wallpapers is an independent wallpaper publisher. This page explains the standards behind every wallpaper page, collection, and guide on the site. It is written for readers who want to know who made a page, what was checked, and how to ask for a correction. It also explains the boundary between our editorial content and the advertising that keeps the site free.

The policy applies to the English-language site at iphoneduowallpapers.com. If a page needs a correction, the update is made on the page itself and recorded in the update log at the bottom of this policy.

What we publish

The site publishes two kinds of work. The first is wallpaper sets: original artwork exported for the portrait cover screen and the landscape inner display of the iPhone Duo. The second is practical guidance: setup steps, crop advice, size references, file-format notes, and explanations of how a wallpaper behaves on an OLED display.

Every wallpaper set is treated as a single piece of work delivered in two files. The Cover and Inner versions share a palette and composition so the phone keeps the same look whether it is closed or open. We do not publish a second gallery card for each display, and we do not split one artwork into multiple near-duplicate pages.

How wallpapers are made

Each set starts with an artwork brief: a scene, a palette, and a plan for how the subject will sit on both screens. Some sets are drawn or composed directly; others are created with image-generation tools and then reviewed. In both cases, the final files are cropped and exported by us for the two display shapes, then checked for banding, accidental text, watermarks, and obvious artefacts before publishing.

We do not stretch a smaller image and label it high resolution. The Cover file is exported at 1398 × 2034 pixels, and the Inner file at 2670 × 1878 pixels. If a source is not large enough for a clean export, the set is not published. The previews on the page are compressed WebP files for speed; the download is the full-quality PNG or JPG original.

How we check device specifications

Display sizes, pixel dimensions, and screen descriptions are checked against the published iPhone specifications on Apple's iPhone pages and the display information reported by the device. We record the review date on each wallpaper page. If a published figure changes, we update the affected page, the file details, and the review date together.

Specifications are descriptive, not promotional. A figure on this site is not a claim that Apple has endorsed the wallpaper, the site, or the way we describe the device. Where a detail cannot be verified, we say so on the page rather than filling the gap with a guess.

Editorial independence

Wallpaper order, collection membership, and page descriptions are editorial decisions. They are not for sale. We do not accept payment for a ranking, a review, a collection placement, or a more favourable description. If we ever publish a sponsored piece, it will be labelled clearly and kept separate from the wallpaper catalog.

Advertising is sold and served by Google AdSense and its partners. Ad placements are kept away from the preview and download controls. An ad never gates a download, never covers a wallpaper preview, and never changes which sets we publish. The presence of an ad is not an endorsement of the advertiser, and an advertiser does not get to review or approve editorial copy.

Corrections, updates, and takedowns

We want errors fixed quickly. If a wallpaper page has the wrong dimensions, a broken download, a misleading description, or a file that should not be published, email support@iphoneduowallpapers.com with the page URL and the details. Include a screenshot if the problem is visual. We aim to reply within a few working days.

For a copyright or takedown request, include the exact URL and the work you believe is affected. We review the claim, remove or adjust the file if needed, and record the change. Official artwork, if it is ever published, is labelled as official and used only where we have the right to do so. The current catalog is original artwork made for this site.

AI assistance disclosure

Some wallpaper artwork is created with image-generation tools. Those files are curated and exported by us, not published as raw model output. Guides and page copy are written and edited by the editorial team, with research and drafting assistance where it improves accuracy. A tool is never credited as the author of a page, and every published page remains our responsibility.

Ownership and trademark notice

iPhone Duo Wallpapers is an independent fan resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. iPhone, iPhone Duo, and related product names are trademarks of Apple Inc. Product names are used only to describe the screens these wallpapers are made for. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
